Western blot analysis of MECP2 protein expression in homozygous B-Mecp2 KO mice. Various tissue lysates were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-Mecp2 KO mice (△/Y), and then analyzed by western blot with species-specific anti-MECP2 antibody. 40 μg total proteins were loaded for western blotting analysis. MECP2 was not detectable in cortex and hippocampus of B-Mecp2 KO mice.
