      取雌性 B-NDG 小鼠 6 只，，分别经皮内或静脉接种浓度为 5×10⁴、、、、1×10⁵、、、、1×10⁶ 的 B-Tg (CAG-Luc-EGFP) A375 细胞悬液。。。。每周记录小鼠的体质量及肿瘤荧光信号。。。结果显示，，，，小鼠肿瘤荧光信号呈逐渐升高趋势，，，，表明该细胞株已成功构建为原位肿瘤模型。。。
